Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the s660 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and s660 as the platform provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

S660 employs reasonable technical security measures to protect user account data; however, you as a user are also responsible for not sharing your login credentials with any other party. Unauthorised use of your account by a third party is a risk you must manage yourself, and s660 cannot be held liable for any losses arising from such negligence.
The platform uses encryption during the login process and financial transactions to ensure your sensitive information remains inaccessible to unauthorised parties. However, users are advised to always log out on shared devices and never save passwords on public devices.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the s660 platform, you agree to use all services provided solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local and international laws. You are prohibited from using this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any action that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools designed to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited. s660 reserves the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or closure, upon detection of any such activity, and any balance remaining in the affected account may be forfeited at the management's discretion.

- Users are responsible for all activity that takes place under their account.
- Communications containing threats, offensive language, or harassment directed at other users are strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's functionality is a serious offence that may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the s660 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other approved local payment options. Deposits are typically processed within two minutes upon confirmation, while withdrawals may take longer depending on the selected method and internal verification procedures.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or digital wallet registered on the platform belongs to them personally. s660 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a payment method not belonging to the registered user may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Account Suspension & Closure
S660 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is credible evidence or strong suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, multiple account usage, or any activity that violates platform policy. Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible to re-register. Users whose accounts have been suspended pending completion of identity verification may contact the support team to resolve the matter.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the s660 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of s660 or its licensed rights holders. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any of these elements for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from s660. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in appropriate legal action.
The s660 platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. s660 has no control over the content of those websites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such external links. Users are advised to review the privacy policy and terms of each third-party website separately before using it.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
S660 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at management's discretion. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
